Sign-In and Account

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password? and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link. SSO users manage their password at their identity provider (Okta, Google, Microsoft 365, etc.), not in Continu. See Signing In to Continu.

I can't sign in — I keep getting redirected back to the sign-in page.

This is typically a clock or cookie issue with SSO. Set your computer's clock to automatic and clear cookies for Continu and your identity provider. Full troubleshooting: Single Sign-On Troubleshooting.

My account is suspended. How do I get it reinstated?

Only an admin can reinstate a suspended account. Contact your Continu admin or Learning team. See My account is suspended.


Permissions and Access

How do I become a Content Creator or Admin?

Roles are assigned by your Continu admin. Contact them to request a role change. See How do I get additional permissions? and User Roles.

I can see content but can't open it.

The content is segmented to a specific audience that doesn't include you. Contact the content owner. See How do I access content I don't have permissions for?


Assignments and Completion

My completed assignment still shows as overdue.

Usually a sync delay or an incomplete sub-item in a Learning Track. See Why does my completed assignment say overdue?

I can't progress in my course.

Check completion thresholds, prior steps, and sync delay. See Why Can't I Progress in my Course?

I've used all my quiz attempts. Can I retry?

Contact the Assessment owner or admin to request a reset. See How do I reset my Quiz attempts?


Workshops

How do I register for a Workshop?

Find the Workshop on Calendar or Explore, click into it, choose a session, click Register. See Register For Workshops.

I can't register — the button is disabled.

Session may be full, registration may be closed, or you're not in the eligible audience. See I am Unable To Register For A Workshop.


Content Types

Should I use SCORM or a Learning Track?

Use a Continu Learning Track whenever you can — better tracking, richer reporting, native authoring. SCORM is the right choice when you need to deliver pre-built compliance content from an external authoring tool or vendor. See Content Strategy.

My SCORM course isn't loading.

Almost always a browser cache issue. Hard refresh, clear cache, try incognito. See My E-Learning SCORM course isn't loading / updating.
