How do I access content I don’t have permissions for?

If you are experiencing errors when trying to access content, please contact an administrator within your company or your direct manager to review your account and determine if you have the correct permissions to view the content.   


For administrators: If the learner should have access, you can check the content's segmentation using the segmentation instructions, and edit a learners profile using the instructions found below:
