Cohort Session Workshops

Single Session Workshops

Single Session Workshops will allow learners to register for a single date. There may or may not be multiple dates available to choose from on the session selector dropdown. 

1. Locate the Workshop you want to join

2. If applicable, use the session selector dropdown to select the date you'd like to register for.

3. Press Join Workshop to be registered for the workshop. You may receive a registration confirmation email. You may also receive an event invite, or you can save an event invite from the Add To Calendar links.

Varied Session Workshops

Varied Session Workshops have multiple sessions and each session may or may not have multiple dates associated with it. As a Learner, you can choose the dates that work best with your schedule for each session. 

1. Navigate to the workshop you want to join.

2. Scroll down to the sessions menu and select a date from each session. 

3. Once you've selected a date for each session, you will be able to press the Register button. Depending on how the workshop is set up, you may receive notifications and invites for each session. 

Cohort Session Workshops

Cohort Sessions Workshops have multiple sessions. To join these workshops you will choose a session group or Cohort and automatically be assigned scheduled dates for each session based on your cohort. 

1. Navigate to the workshop you want to join.

2.  Under the register button is a dropdown to select which Cohort you would like to attend. After selecting a Cohort you'll be able to see which dates for each session the Cohort is registered for. 

3. Once you've selected a cohort, press the register button to register for the dates scheduled for that cohort. Depending on how the workshop is set up, you may receive notifications and invites for each session.
