I am Unable To Register For A Workshop

You opened a Workshop but the Register button is disabled or missing. The common causes and how to resolve each one.

Workshop registration depends on several things: the session must have open seats, registration must still be open, and you have to be part of the eligible audience. If any of those isn't true, the Register button is disabled or hidden.

Common Causes

The session is full. Workshops can be capped at a maximum number of attendees. If the cap is reached, registration closes. Check if other sessions of the same Workshop have availability.

Registration is closed. Some Workshops close registration before the session starts (often a few hours or a day ahead) to finalize the attendee list. If registration is closed, you'll need to wait for a future session.

You're already registered for another session. If the Workshop has multiple sessions and you've registered for one, you can't also register for another. Unregister from the first session if you want to switch.

You're not in the eligible audience. Some Workshops are segmented to specific groups (region, department, role). If you're not in the eligible audience, the Workshop won't show a Register button.

Your account isn't fully active. Suspended or Inactive accounts can browse Workshops but not register. See My account is suspended.

How to Resolve

1. Check other session dates. If multiple dates are listed, try a different one.

2. Confirm the Workshop is available to you. If you opened the link from an email or message and can't see the Register button, the Workshop may not be in your eligible audience.

3. Contact the Workshop organizer. The organizer is listed on the Workshop page. They can confirm if registration is closed, check the cap, or add you to the audience if appropriate.
