A SCORM course shows a blank screen, or you updated a SCORM file and don't see the changes. The fix is almost always clearing your browser cache.
Browsers aggressively cache SCORM content to reduce load time. When you (or your content team) update a SCORM file, the browser may keep showing the old cached version. The same caching can cause a SCORM course to display a blank screen if the cached version is corrupted or incomplete.
How to Resolve
1. Hard refresh the page.
Windows / Linux: Ctrl + Shift + R
Mac: Cmd + Shift + R
2. If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache. In your browser settings, clear cached images and files. You don't need to clear cookies or history — just the cache.
3. Try an incognito or private window. Incognito doesn't use the cached files. If the SCORM loads in incognito, the issue is confirmed as a cache problem.
4. Try a different browser. If incognito didn't help, a different browser bypasses both the cache and any browser-specific issue.
If None of the Above Works
The SCORM file itself may have a problem (manifest error, missing files in the package). Contact the content's author or your admin to verify the SCORM package. The author can re-upload the SCORM file from the source authoring tool.

Hard refresh first. Clear cache if that doesn't work. Try incognito to confirm it's a cache issue. Re-upload the SCORM if the file itself is broken.
