Accessing Your Continu Support Tickets From The Help Center

How to view your support tickets — the ones you've submitted and the ones submitted on your behalf.

If you've submitted a support ticket to Continu (or had one submitted on your behalf by a colleague), you can track its progress from the Continu Help Center. The ticket view shows status, responses from support, and any attachments. You can also reply directly from the ticket view rather than email.

How to View Your Tickets

1. Sign in to the Continu Help Center at help.continu.com.

2. Click your profile icon at the top right, then My Activities.

3. You'll see two tabs:

My Requests — tickets you've personally submitted.

Requests I'm CC'd On — tickets where you're a copied stakeholder.

Replying to a Ticket

Open the ticket, scroll to the bottom, type your response, and click Submit. The Continu support team receives the response and the conversation continues.

You can also reply by email to any notification you've received about the ticket — both methods feed the same thread.

Common Questions

I don't see a ticket I know I submitted. Make sure you're signed in with the same email used to submit the ticket. Tickets are tied to the submitting email address.

The ticket says Solved but my issue isn't resolved. Reply to reopen — adding any comment moves the ticket back to open status.

I want to add someone to a ticket. Reply to the ticket and ask the support team to add the additional contact. Direct addition by you isn't supported from the customer view.
