This guide will help you set up instructor-led learning sessions within Continu. Workshops can track user attendance, automatically create google invites for attendees, and can also be used to collect feedback.

Workshops can be set up for in-person instruction, or online. Teams that have set up the Zoom integration within Continu can automatically track attendance and save recordings of their workshops for attendees to review after the workshop has ended.

Continu offers both standard workshops that provide a single session per user, and Multi-Session Workshops that allow for setting up multiple sessions for a user.

Standard Workshops

Multi-Session Workshops

     -Varied Sessions

     -Cohort Sessions

Standard Workshops

Standard workshops are best used when creating a single session. Admins and creators can schedule as many dates as they'd like for the same workshop. Users will be able to register for a single scheduled date within the workshop.

Multi-Session Workshops

Multi-Session workshops allow for creating workshop programs with multiple dates. They can be set up as Varied Sessions or as Cohort Sessions

Varied Sessions

Varied session workshops allow the user to choose which dates work best for them for each session. The user will be able to select from a list of available dates for each session before registering.

Cohort Sessions

Cohort Session workshops create a more rigid workshop schedule. The creator will set up a series of sessions and cohorts. Each Cohort can then be assigned a date within each session. A user can be assigned or select their Cohort and will be automatically registered for the dates associated with that cohort.
