This guide will walk you through what each profile permission will allow when enabled.
Remember that profiles are used to LIMIT the permissions already found within the Admin and Creator User Roles. An admin user without a profile will have full access to Continu. An admin user with a profile attached must have each permission enabled to use it.

Content Segmentation
The Content Segmentation permissions can help limit a user's access to only content that is relevant to certain departments, locations, etc. This section functions primarily off of the Segmentation on content.
Restrict Segmentation Options: Enabling this option will reveal a segmentation search. Users with this profile will only be able to add the segmentation that appears in the segmentation search when creating or editing content.
Content Visibility: Enabling this option will reveal the segmentation search. Users with this profile will only be able to edit/view content that meets the segmentation requirements entered in this search. This setting will supercede the Edit All / View All content settings above.
Example: If the department "Sales" is entered in this search box, any user with this profile applied to their account will only be able to edit/view analytics on content which has the "Sales" segmentation added to the segmentation section on it's Settings page.
Limit Category Options: When this toggle is selected, a Category Search bar will open. The user will only be able to associate created or edited content with the categories added here.
Allow Archiving Of Content: Checking off this toggle will allows users assigned this profile the ability to archive any content they can view/edit.
Allow Unarchiving Of Content: Checking off this toggle will allows users assigned this profile the ability to see the "Archived" section in content, as well as unarchive any content they can view/edit found within.
Allow Approval Of Content Changes: This toggle will allow users to approve changes to content made by a collaborator, as long as they can view/edit the content.
Allow Assessment Reset: This toggle will enable the ability to reset a failed assessment.
Users
The User permissions will cover the ability to view, create, and edit users within Continu.
Add Any User With Bulk Upload: Enabling this permission will allow admins with the profile to use the Bulk Import Tool to add new users to Continu.
