Skills in Continu are added to user profiles. They can then be used to search for users, define assignments, or segment content.
Navigating To Skills
To view Skills, Navigate to the Connect tab from the left hand navigation, then select Skills
Adding Skills
Adding a New Skill
Step One: Navigate to the Connect tab from the left hand navigation, then select Skills
Step Two: Click the Add Skill text cell, enter the Skill name you'd like to add, and click the + icon to finalize this.
Editing/Deleting Skills
To Edit: To change the name of a Skill, press the pencil icon next to the Skill you'd like to change, and change the now editable Skill name. Click the check icon to finalize this.
.To Delete: To delete a Skill, click the pencil icon next to the Skill you'd like to remove, followed by clicking the red trash can icon.
