The Users area of the admin — where you find, add, edit, suspend, and bulk-import users. The starting point for all user management actions.


The Users view is the admin's hub for managing everyone who uses Continu. From here you can add a single user, bulk-import many, edit attributes, suspend or reinstate accounts, and search for any user by name, email, or attribute.

How to Get to Users

1. Sign in to Continu as an admin.

2. From the left-hand navigation, click Admin → Users.

The Users view opens with a paginated list of all users you have visibility into.


Searching and Filtering Users

Search bar. Type a name, email, or Employee ID. Results appear as you type.

Filters. Filter by status (Active, Suspended, Inactive), role (Learner, Manager, Creator, Admin, Owner), Department, Location, or any custom attribute. Filters stack — you can combine multiple to narrow the list.

Saved filters. Some setups support saving filter combinations for repeat use (for example, "All Sales Managers in EMEA").


What You Can Do From the Users View

Add a single user. Click Add a User. See Add A User To Continu.

Bulk import. Upload a CSV with many users at once. See Uploading Your User File (Bulk Import).

Open a user's profile. Click any user to see and edit their attributes, role, group memberships, completion history, and more.

Suspend or reinstate. Change a user's status from the user's profile or via bulk actions. See Suspending Users.

Download a report. Export the filtered user list as a CSV for offline review. See Download User Management Reports.
