The Users view is a hub to view, update, and manage Users who utilize Continu for training. Within the Users view, you can add Users to specific categories such as Groups or Departments, suspend/reinstate Users, locate specific hire information, and much more.

Navigating to Users

1. Via the left hand navigation, click Admin followed by Users

Searching Users

1. Via the left hand navigation, click Admin followed by Users

2. Type name of User in Search bar, and press Enter

3. Click intended User's name

Tips: Looking for a User that hasn't logged in yet, or a Suspended User? Be sure to click the Pending or Suspended filter before entering the User's name. 

 

Searching by Filters

1. Via the left hand navigation, click Admin followed by Users

2. Select the filter you'd like to specify Users by. This includes Roles, Hired On dates, Created dates, and when the User was Last Active

3. Once selected, the filtered Users will appear below
