Log In To Continu

Choosing the Right Login Method

Before logging in to Continu, you’ll need to know which login method your organization uses:

  • Single Sign-On (SSO)

  • Email and Password

  • Employee ID and Password

If you’re unsure which option applies to you, please check with your manager, IT team, or Learning team.

Once you know your login method, follow the corresponding steps to sign in.

Single Sign On

If your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you may be able to access Continu directly from your company’s SSO dashboard.

If Continu isn’t listed there, go to your company’s Continu URL. (If you’re unsure of the URL, your manager or internal team can help.)

Once there, click Sign In with Single Sign On. You’ll be redirected to your company’s login page to complete the sign-in process.

Email And Password

If you log in using an email and password, start by navigating to your company’s Continu URL. (If you’re unsure of the URL, reach out to your manager for help.)

Once on the login page:

  1. Click Sign In with Email

  2. Enter your email and password

  3. Click Sign In to access your account

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the Resetting Your Password instructions to create a new one.
