The user engagement report is a detailed breakdown of all active users and their activity.
Tip: This is a great report to run especially as you first go live to your learners to gauge activity and engagement.
This article will focus on the columns that are unique to the user engagement report.
User Internal ID: Unique ID within the Continu platform.
User External ID: Same as Internal ID unless set differently from your Continu instance. For example, the learner's employee ID within your HR platform.
Total Views: Total number of views across all pieces of content for the learner.
Total Likes: Total number of likes across all pieces of content for the learner.
Total Shares: Total number of shares across all pieces of content for the learner.
Total Comments: Total number of comments across all pieces of content for the learner.
Ratings Submitted: Total number of content that the learner has submitted a rating for.
Tracks Started: Number of learning tracks the learner has started. Can be assigned or discovered content.
Tracks Completed: Total number of learning tracks the learner has completed.
Workshops Attended: Total number of workshops the learner has attended. Can be either online or in-person workshops.
Pending Assignments: Total number of assignments that have either not been started or completed.
Completed Assignments: Total number of assignments that have been completed.
