Similar to the User Engagement Report, the Content Engagement Report is a detailed breakdown of any or all of the content on your Continu instance. This report will show all the content for your organization within Continu, and the engagement it has received in the time frame specified.  

 

This article will focus on the columns that are unique to the content engagement report.

Content ID: Unique ID, helpful if you use the Continu API.

Content Title: Title of the particular piece of content.

Content Type: Identifies whether the content is an article, file, video, workshop, track, SCORM, or imported. 

Content Tags: A list of the tag(s) added to thecontent engagement.png content.

On Explore: Yes or no depending if the content is marked to show on Explore. This can be controlled in the content creation settings.

Published: YES or NO depending if the content is live for learners.

Archived: YES or NO depending if the content has been marked archived in the admin settings.

Containing Track: YES or NO if the particular piece of content is part of a learning track.

URL: The unique URL of the content. Useful for linking or sharing content.

Created On: The time-stamped date the content was created.

Last Updated: The time-stamped date the content was last updated.

Total Views: Total views the content has received. 

Total Likes: Total likes the content has received. 

Total Shares: Total shares the content has received.

Total Comments: Total comments the content has received. To see individual comments, go to the content-level report in Admin > Content.

Average Rating: Average rating the content has received. Ratings are based on 0-5 scale. 

Pending Assignments: If the content has been assigned to a learner, but has not yet been completed.

Completed Assignments: If the content has been assigned to a learner, and has been completed.
