When writing articles, it is recommended you manually save often. Continu has a 4 hour time out window for idle users. Unfortunately, text editing does not reset this window. You will need to follow a link or otherwise navigate between pages to reset this timer.
Saving your work will both save what you have accomplished so far, and reset your timer. Save early, save often, and always save before stepping away from your computer.
