Bring learning directly into the flow of work with Eddy, Continu’s AI Learning Agent.
⚠️ Trial Notice: Eddy Trial is currently available for Slack. We’re inviting teams to try it out and share feedback that will shape the future of Conversational Learning™ in Continu.
Why Enable Eddy in Slack?
Eddy isn’t just another chatbot — it’s a closed-loop learning agent powered entirely by your Continu content. That means:
Instant answers in Slack: Learners can ask questions in natural language and get immediate responses without leaving Slack.
Trusted and accurate: Eddy only uses your approved Continu content, never external sources, so every answer is reliable and cited.
Secure and permission-aware: Learners only see content they already have access to, ensuring compliance and consistency.
Time saved, productivity gained: No need to leave Slack or chase down a colleague — answers are available right where people are already working.
