If you are attempting to take a SCORM class that is showing a blank screen, or if you've recently updated a SCORM class and are not seeing any changes in preview, you are likely experiencing a cache issue that is preventing you from seeing the updates.
After clearing your cache, refresh the course, and you should be able to access and see the updates.
If you still can't load your SCORM course, please ensure your browser and operating system are fully up to date.
