A Workshop host isn't receiving the Zoom meeting link or reminders. The fix is in their Zoom account settings, not in Continu.
When a Workshop is created in Continu with a Zoom meeting, Continu creates the meeting via the Zoom integration. The meeting link and reminders are sent by Zoom directly — not by Continu. If a host doesn't receive their link or reminder, the cause is almost always their Zoom notification preferences.
How to Resolve
1. Sign in to Zoom at zoom.us.
2. Go to Settings → Email Notifications.
3. Confirm these toggles are ON:
- When a meeting is scheduled, rescheduled, or cancelled
- When a meeting reminder is due to start
- When attendees join before the host
4. Save. The host should receive notifications for any future Workshops scheduled through Continu.
For existing Workshops where the host already missed the original notification, they can find the meeting link directly in Continu by opening the Workshop and clicking the meeting details.
