Varying upon the data needed, there are many Reports that can fulfill what you're looking for. Below are the type of Reports with brief descriptions, which can be used to determine which Report would be best for your scenario.
User Engagement
- The User engagement report is a detailed breakdown of all active users and their activity.
- This is a great report to run especially as you first go live to your learners to gauge activity and engagement.
Content Engagement
- The Content Engagement Report is a detailed breakdown of any or all of the content on your Continu instance. This report will show all the content for your organization within Continu, and the engagement it has received in the time frame specified.
Workshop Engagement
- The Workshop Engagement report provides a breakdown of the overall engagement of the active Workshops in Continu. This can be found in the Report view within the left hand navigation.
- This report is an effective way of measuring the overall engagement of all in person and virtual sessions that are being facilitated in the system. Assignment Summary
- The assignment summary report breaks down all the assignments based on the report parameters. This article will focus on the columns that are unique to the Assignment Summary Report.
Manager Summary
- The manager summary report breaks down all managers and their direct reports based on the parameters defined. This article will focus on the columns that are unique to the Manager Summary Report.
Learning Track Status
- The Learning Track Status Report is an easy way to pull a report for one or more learning tracks. This is helpful to get an idea of learners and their progress through a specific track(s).
Workshop Status
- The Workshop Status report provides a detailed breakdown of which Workshops learners are signed up to attend and their current status.
- The report contains all the learners' profile information upfront. The end of the report contains details on the workshops they have signed up for or attended. Assessment Status
- The assessment report will provide a summary of the assessment taken by learners. It can be filtered by date, specific assessment, and learners. This report will help give a snapshot of each learner's passes, fails, and the number of attempts for each assessment.
SCORM Status
- The SCORM Status Report is an easy way to pull a report for one or more SCORM courses. This is helpful to get an idea of learners and their progress through the SCORM courses.
