Admins can track all the learners who are on or have completed a journey.
Step One: Navigate to the Admin>Journeys page from the menu bar.
Step Two: Search for and press the title of the Journey you want to track to open the analytics page.
From this page, you can see all the learners on the Journey, the date they began their journey, their progress, the date completed, and the last time they interacted with the Journey. You can search for specific users, or narrow down the list by user criteria like location or department.
The Download User List button will allow you to download a .csv report of all the users currently filtered. If you do not run any search filters, the report will download all users on the Journey.
