1. Click Share on the left hand navigation, then Assignments. Click on the +New Assignment button

2. On the right hand side, title your Automation and confirm Automated Assignment is selected. Click Next.  

3. Select the preferred Automation trigger. Click Next

3a. If "A User completed an Assignment" or "A User has completed content" is selected for criteria, search and input applicable content.

4. Input the Audience for the Automation. Click Next.

5. Add the content to be assignment when the Automation is triggered.

6. Adjust Automation settings.

7.  Create any custom notifications. If skipped, default notifications will send automatically.

8. Review the Assignment parameters, and click Publish
