Explore is where to browse everything available to you — beyond what's directly assigned on your Dashboard.

Your Dashboard shows what you owe. Explore shows everything you can access. Use Explore when you want to learn something that isn't on your assignment list — a topic that came up in a project, a refresher on something you covered before, or a deeper dive into an area of interest.

What's on the Explore Page

Search. The fastest way to find a specific topic. Type a keyword and Continu returns content matching the title, tags, or article body. See Explore Search for advanced tips.

Categories. Content is grouped into Categories by topic — Compliance, Onboarding, Product Knowledge, and so on. Each Category is curated by your admin.

Tags. Tags work as filters that cross Categories. A "Sales Skills" tag might appear on Articles, Videos, and Workshops scattered across multiple Categories.

Featured and recommended content. Your admin can highlight specific items. Continu also surfaces recommendations based on what you've engaged with.

How to Find What You Need

Know the exact topic? Use Search — it's the fastest path. Add specific terms (a feature name, a process name, a product line) rather than broad words.

Browsing for ideas? Open a Category that fits the area you're curious about. Categories surface a mix of content types so you can find videos, articles, and Workshops in one place.

Looking for what others in your role do? Many organizations use tags by role or function. Filter by a tag like "Manager" or "New Hire" to see content scoped to that group.

Common Questions

I can't find something I know exists. Most often this is a permission issue — content is segmented to specific audiences. If you should have access, check with your program owner.

Search isn't returning what I expect. Continu searches titles, tags, and Article bodies. PDFs and embedded video transcripts are not always indexed. Try alternate keywords or browse by Category if Search misses.
