Every keyboard shortcut available in the Continu Article editor — the comprehensive reference.

The Article editor supports a deep library of keyboard shortcuts. Most authors use a handful (bold, italic, headings, save). For heavy authoring, learning a dozen more saves real time — especially the navigation shortcuts that let you move between toolbar elements without leaving the keyboard.

For the basics of authoring an Article, see Add an Article to Continu. For the advanced editor capabilities beyond shortcuts, see Continu Articles: Using the Advanced Editor Tools.

The Shortcuts You'll Use Most

The single biggest authoring time-saver: ⌘+S to save on a regular cadence so the 4-hour idle timeout doesn't strand you. After that, the heading shortcuts (⌃⌥1 through ⌃⌥6) and the standard text formatting shortcuts (⌘B, ⌘I, ⌘U) cover most of what authors reach for.

Below is the full reference. Browser keyboard shortcuts may override some Continu shortcuts depending on your browser and OS — if a shortcut doesn't fire, try it in a different browser to isolate the conflict.
