HRIS integration syncs user data from your HR system into Continu. Once configured, new hires, role changes, and terminations flow through automatically — Continu's user list stays in step with what HR has in the source of truth.
Continu supports HRIS integration through two main paths: a generic SFTP-based file feed (works with most HRIS systems including Paylocity, Oracle, and Workday) and a direct API-based integration with BambooHR. The SFTP path is the more flexible option; the BambooHR path requires less customization.

HRIS Integration Paths
SFTP file feed. The general-purpose integration. Works with most HRIS systems. You (or your HRIS provider) drop a CSV of user data on Continu's SFTP server on a schedule; Continu ingests it and updates user records. See Integrating Your HRIS via SFTP for setup steps.
