To enable or disable your notifications, navigate to your Profile at the upper right of your Continu page, followed by clicking Profile Settings
Once in Profile Settings, scroll down. On the right side, you will see an area to toggle on/off Notifications. Toggle the check mark on to receive notifications through each method, and off to diable notifications.
