If a learner has reached the maximum attempts set for an assessment, as an Admin you can go in and reset their attempts to give them more chances.
Tip: Resetting attempts is only available for admins.
Step One: Navigate to the Admin tab then click on the Assessments tab.
Step Two: Click on the Stats icon next to the assessment the learner(s) need more attempts on.
Step Three: Click the three dots next to the learner that needs their attempts reset.
Step Four: Click Reset Attempts and you're all set.
